BUILDING WATER RESORT
New works by architect Dr. Orlando de Urrutia, Sustainability Advisor of the European Union and interior achitecture by Artist and Designer Sanchez-Santiago.
The building's design allows the integration of renewable energy uptake and energy Optimisation. The facade facing the sun is covered by glass-art photovoltaic technology that enable transparency and capture the energy to provide electricity to the building. The facade opposite the sun are shutters that let in air that is driven through the water producing equipment. The air passing through the central courtyard is speeding up and out the upper wind turbine, generating electricity to supply all equipment.
ECO-CIBERNETIC CITY
